INTEGRATION & IMPLEMENTATION

A clear scope.
A guided start.A connected operation.

AMIGA runs in the cloud—no on-site AMIGA server to install. Plan your data, ERP connection and team training around the way your distribution business works.

START WITH THE RIGHT CONNECTION

Two paths. A scope built around you.

The implementation starts with your existing systems, required workflows and priorities.

AMIGA MOBILE

Connect your field team
to your existing ERP.

Review what needs to move between the office and the field, and how your current system can support it.

  • Agree customer, product and pricing data needs
  • Define which field records return to the office
  • Assess interfaces and any custom integration work
  • Agree synchronization, validation and ownership
AMIGA DISTRIBUTION ERP

Bring the back office
and field operation together.

Plan the configuration and transition for the business functions included in your rollout.

  • Map sales, stock, purchasing and finance workflows
  • Agree data migration and opening-balance scope
  • Configure users and operational settings
  • Assess external connections separately
Integration is assessed for your system. Available interfaces, data quality and workflow requirements determine the work involved.

What to prepare.

A short overview is enough to begin. Detailed data and technical access can follow through an agreed process.

  • Your current ERP or accounting system
  • Office and mobile sales team sizes
  • Warehouses and operating locations
  • Your most important workflows
  • Required data exchanges or migration
  • Your preferred rollout priorities
PLANNING YOUR ROLLOUT

Questions before
you begin.

Do we need our own server?

No. AMIGA runs in the cloud, so you do not need to buy, install or maintain an on-site AMIGA server. Office access requires an internet connection. Supported mobile workflows can use downloaded data offline and synchronize when connected. If you keep an existing ERP, its hosting and integration requirements remain separate.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on scope, integration, data readiness and team availability. We agree a plan after reviewing those requirements rather than promising a fixed duration upfront.

Does AMIGA connect to every ERP automatically?

No. We assess your system and its available interfaces, agree data flows, and identify any custom integration work needed.

Can we begin with a pilot team?

A focused pilot can be discussed as part of the rollout. Its users, workflows, duration, success criteria and commercial terms are agreed for your business.

What data can be migrated?

Migration scope is agreed during discovery. Source data, mapping, opening balances and reconciliation requirements must be reviewed before the transition.

What support is included after launch?

Support channels, coverage, responsibilities and commercial terms are confirmed in your agreement. The rollout plan should identify who to contact and how to raise an issue.
